Terms and Conditions of Hire

Contained herein are the terms and conditions of hire which will apply should you wish to book one of our wedding packages.

• The person booking the package shall be known as the “Hirer”.
• A & C Wedding Cars shall be known as “The company”.
• An agreement shall exist between the hirer and the company. The company shall use it’s best endeavours to supply the package requested by the hirer and the hirer shall pay all charges due to the company when requested.
• Due to the nature of operating mechanically propelled vehicles it may not always be possible for the company to supply the package or vehicle(s) as requested by the hirer. Where this happens the company reserves the right to offer an alternative package or vehicle(s) to the hirer. If the hirer declines this alternative offer the agreement between both parties shall cease. In this event the company shall not be responsible or liable for any losses financial or otherwise suffered by or incurred by the hirer. Any deposit paid by the hirer to the company will be returned to the hirer.
• Deposits. The company reserves the right to charge the hirer a deposit as may be indicated to the hirer at the time of booking. This deposit shall be paid by the hirer to the company no later than seven (7) days after the hirer makes the booking. Failure by the hirer to pay this deposit within the seven (7) days will mean the booking is deemed null and void. In the event the hirer cancels the booking for whatever reason once the deposit is made, then the deposit shall be retained by the company and is not refundable to the hirer.
• Payments of outstanding balances. The amount of any outstanding balance due on hire charges after the deduction of any deposits already paid shall be made by the hirer to the company no later than 6 weeks (42 days) before commencement of the hire date. Failure to pay any outstanding balance by this date shall be construed by the company as a cancellation and any deposit already paid shall be forfeit.
• In making any booking with the company the hirer is accepting to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the hirer does not accept these terms and conditions then the company will be unable to accept any booking from the hirer.
